After more than 20 years I decided it was time to remove my wood shake roof and replace it with CertainTeed Presidential TL Solaris asphalt shingles. I contacted several Roofing contractors for quotes and information on their Company. I met with Issac Salem with Equinox Roofing Solutions in Walnut Creek and was immediately impressed. Issac was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and even took me to see a couple of jobs Equinox was in process with nearby in my neighborhood. Issac worked up an estimate that included the roof and some wood trim that needed care. Issac’s proposal was very detailed and specific as to the materials and the overall scope of the project Once we agreed, Issac started the process of the job. Issac also kept me up to date on this process. Once the work began with the demolition, I met the Equinox crew and immediately saw that they were very well trained and conducted themselves in a diligent workmanlike manner. Each of them demonstrated their job knowledge and knew exactly what they were doing. They arrived on time and cleaned up every day. I was and am very impressed with the crew. As the job progressed, Issac kept me informed as to the status of process daily. I found that his word is as good as gold and completed the job with everything Issac had promised fulfilled. The completed roof is beautiful and I enthusiastically recommend Equinox Roofing Solutions and Issac Salem without hesitation.

Getting a new roof is a pretty big investment, so I got a few estimates before deciding on Equinox. Isaac took his time explaining everything and didn’t make me feel pressured at all. He was easy to reach, answered all my questions, and kept me updated while the work was going on. The crew did a really good job and were careful around the plants and everything outside the house. They also cleaned up really well after finishing and made sure there weren’t nails left all over the place. The new downspouts and gutter caps came out great too. Overall, I’m really happy with how the roof turned out and glad I went with Equinox.

From start to finish, Equinox Roofing was an absolute pleasure to work with. They came out for a free estimate and spent a great deal of time walking us through the entire reroofing process without any pressure. The communication was fantastic throughout the project, and our project manager was incredibly responsive to all our questions. They worked efficiently and what really stood out to us was how clean they kept the area around the house; at the end of each day, everything was picked up. The project moved along smoothly and was completed within the timeframe we were given. The finished result looks absolutely fantastic, and we are thrilled with the quality. For a full roof replacement, the pricing felt very fair for the level of quality and service we received. We are so glad we chose Equinox Roofing and highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof .

We recently had our entire roof replaced by Equinox Roofing, and we couldn't be happier with the experience from start to finish. Our project manager, Doron, was absolutely fantastic to work with—he took the time to walk us through every step of the process, explained all our material options thoroughly, and answered our countless questions with patience and honesty .

We recently replaced our entire roof after 30+ years, and we're so glad we went with Equinox. The entire experience was really fantastic from beginning to end.

We obtained 5 quotes from various local roofers, and the quote from Equinox came in right in the middle The reasons we decided to work with Equinox were many, but really started from the original meeting with Eli, and the time he spend talking to my husband. He was thorough and easy to talk to.The specifics of the cost estimates he laid out were clear, the ease of scheduling, and the clear and constant communication of the process, and approval of any extra cost/change orders, and more, were all smooth. The whole process only took three days. The crew was here and ready to work each day right when they said they'd be here.

Eli was fantastic to work with! We had a great experience, and recommend Equinox overall.

Persistent winter ice damming created major water backup issues down along the roof valleys. Installing thick waterproof ice and water shield membranes prevented moisture intrusion.
