Commercial Flat Roof Overlay
Sometimes it’s possible to add an overlay roof system over your existing commercial roof. This is known as a flat roof overlay. Typically, you would add a flat roof overlay to enhance your property’s insulation and further weatherproof your roof’s outer layer. Not every roof can have an overlay placed on it, so you’d need to schedule an inspection with one of our commercial roofers first to see if this is a possibility.
